The 2024 Boston Unity Cup hosted 40 teams representing 34 countries & regions between 2 divisions at Carter Fields.

The 2023 Boston Unity Cup hosted 32 teams representing 27 countries and regions at Carter Fields.

The 2022 Boston Unity Cup hosted 28 teams representing 21 countries between 2 divisions at Madison Park.
