Boston nonprofit uses soccer to create community and social change

Soccer Unity Project is a community-building nonprofit organization using soccer to create social change. The organization offers free soccer programs to young people, new immigrants, and more. The organization also runs the annual Boston Unity Cup, a World Cup-style tournament that attracts teams of Boston athletes who represent countries from all over the world. Many of the players are immigrants who now call the Boston area home.
